Erie Dance Conservatory

Hip Hop
Brianna Johnson started dancing at the tender age of three at Miss Lucy’s School of Dance participating in tap, ballet, jazz, acro, and hip-hop under the tutelage of Lucy Castel and Angela Barringer.   During this time Ms. Johnson traveled to New York City where she participated in hip-hop, acro, tap, and jazz workshops.  Brianna also danced on McDowell’s Dance Team, the Millcreek Heat Competition Dance Teams, Blaze (Hip-Hop) and Fusion (Pom). McDowell, Blaze, and Fusion won two world championships and 14 national championships. Ms. Johnson also assisted the Millcreek Heat’s local dance teams their youth competition team for three years. Currently, Brianna is the captain for the Erie Bayhawks Dance team and is thrilled to be on the faculty of the Erie Dance Conservatory.
